Refer and Earn - Terms & Conditions

 

• This Scheme is applicable for all existing Reliance Securities limited customers. 

• The client will get Shopping voucher worth Rs. 500/- on each eligible account referred.

• There is a limit of 5 referral for each customer of reliance. 

• For Eg: If client has referred 5 eligible accounts, client will get 5 vouchers worth Rs.500/- only if all 5 of them open their account with reliancesmartmoney.com 

• In case of 5 referral, 3 of them successfully open the account with reliancesmartmoney.com, then client will get 3 voucher worth Rs.500/-

• Reference entered through the click Button “Refer a Friend” given in post login Webpage only will be eligible for the Scheme. 

• Account activated in equity, equity derivative and currency derivative will be considered. 

• Voucher would be sent to client via SMS/Email/courier on their registered communication address. In case of change in address you need to update your current address with Reliance Securities on immediate basis. 

• If a person is been referred by more than 1 person, then the person who has referred 1st will be considered. 

• Post receiving the referral, we will only contact to those who referral who are not registered under DNC for assistance on account opening process. 

• Any referral who is under DNC and visit reliancesmartmoney.com to open the account will be contacted, since we take undertake there consent to be contacted even if they are DNC registered 

• The referring person should not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities w.r.t. securities and should not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred. He/she should strictly limit his/her role to “Referral” only.

• The referred client shall not be subjected to any kind of trade inducement by the referring person and all instructions for placement of orders are obtained from the respective clients only.

• All the details/information pertaining to the client will be maintained confidentially and the same should not be disclosed to any person (including referrer) except as required under any law/ regulatory requirements.

• All correspondences viz. contract notes, daily margin statement, statement of accounts, Annual global transaction statements etc. will be sent to the respective client only and under no circumstances will go to the referring person.

• There should be no financial transaction between the referred client and the referring person.

• The referred client should be a new registered client of Reliance. New client consideration would be done basis new Pan Card entry, New Mobile Number in Reliance system of the referred customer. 

• This offer is available only to the direct clients of Reliance Securities Limited. 

• All communications regarding referral program shall be sent on the client's registered email id or mobile number. If required, please update same to avoid any difficulty. 

• In case of any lead has an existing account in either of the segment and open/activate new segment will not be considered as a new referral 

• Reliance Securities reserves the right to carry out checks & controls as it deems fit and proper, before disbursal of the referral amount to the referrer

• If the details provided for referrals are incomplete/ incorrect/ invalid, the Referrer who has provided a reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the Referral Program.

• Reliance Securities reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time. 

• Any Grievances related to above scheme/offer/campaign would not be entertained on Exchange Platform and will not be covered under investor protection or grievance redressal measures of the Exchange. 

• Investment in securities market is subject to market risk, read all the related documents carefully before investing. 

• The mobile no. at the time of referring and opening an account should be the same. 

• Offer is subject to validity of agreement between Reliance Securities and the company issuing the vouchers. 

• Reliance Securities Ltd. does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift/s, also is not responsible for the warranties of the gifts & expiry of the vouchers. 

• Management decision will be final and binding.

Terms and Conditions Applicable for client

  • I am not a Member Broker / Remiser / Authorized Person of any stock broker.

  • I am not an employee of any Stock Broker. 

  • I understand that this referral scheme is not applicable for my whole family members and while referring I undertake to disclose this fact. RSL reserve the right to stop paying the gits/vouchers, in case any client is found to be my immediate family member of the referred client. Only one family member would be considered under the scheme. 

  • This scheme is not valid for referring those clients who is/was affiliated with RSL any time prior to launch of this scheme. 

  • I shall be acting only as a referrer and will not provide any advisory services to the clients for their trading. 

  • RSL reserves the right to accept/reject the clients referred by me. 

  • I shall not represent myself as employee/agent/authorized person of RSL in public and my role will be limited to referring to clients only.
  • I shall not use trade mark, brand name, logo of RSL and I will not issue any advertisement without written permission of RSL. 

  • There has not been any action initiated or taken against me by SEBI \ Stock Exchange\ Stock Broker \ any other regulatory authority. 

  • I undertake to inform you immediately in case there is any incident that results in a change in my Declaration. 

  • The referral reward arrangement is subject to modification at the discretion of RSL. The decision of RSL with reference to eligibility of accounts and redemption shall be final and binding.
